Before you start the online enrollment
You're just a few steps away from completing your new DKV health policy. Take a moment to review the details and choose the correct number of people to include in the policy.
Correct details
Name, date of birth, ID document, address and contact information must be entered correctly.
Start date
Check when you need the policy to take effect before moving forward in the form.
Documentation
If the insurance is for immigration purposes, an NIE or a visa, message me first so I can check it fits your case.
Fields marked with a red asterisk are required. If any error appears or you have doubts during enrollment, don't repeat the process: send me a screenshot on WhatsApp and I'll review it with you.
