Contracting and Charging Rules for medical insurance

Subscription
Maximum actuarial age of 75 years for individual policies.
There is no minimum age, so minors at any age can be insured.
Mandatory
Mandatory and signed health declaration, for each of the insured, to assess possible pre-existing conditions.
Exclusions
The pre-existence and the practice of dangerous or professional sports.
Pharmacological treatments for AIDS and/or consumption related to alcohol and drugs.
Also generic ones due to epidemics, catastrophes, or acts of war.
Duration
Annual renewable policy, with renewal date January 1 for each annuity, with the advantage offered by DKV of the commitment to not cancel the contract (waiver expressed in the condition) from the third annuity in force.

Pregnant
Inclusion with a premium, eliminating the lack.
Newborn or adopted
Inclusion without pre-existence in the first 30 days.
Payments
Annual payment may be divided monthly, quarterly or semi-annually.
Deficiencies
- Delivery: 8 months
- Hospitalization / Surgical intervention: 6 months (except in cases of accident and life emergency)
- Prosthesis: 6 months
- Transplants: 12 months
  The consultations and diagnostic tests do not have any waiting period, although for some of them the prior authorization of the Company will be required.
